Gambling Community Benefit Fund
The fund invests in the community sector, supporting the capacity of community organisations and groups to provide services, leisure activities and opportunities for Queenslanders in their local communities.
The closing date for applications is 31st May 2010 and quarterly thereafter.

Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund
To assist community organisations to maintain properties and premises and acquire essential equipment to help in their service delivery.
There are four annual funding rounds.  Applications close 31st May 2010.

Caring for our Country Open Round

Caring for our County invites you to submit proposals that will either deliver against multiple targets in an integrated way, or proposals that deliver against a single target from the Caring for our Country Business Plan 2010-11.

Our Community Matters free newsletter
Our Community Matters is a free regular newsletter that contains news and views affecting the community sector. The newsletter covers both opportunities and issues for community and non-profit groups, tackling subjects such as public liability insurance, taxation, legal changes, grants and leadership news. Also reported is the latest research, survey, trends and other information designed to inform and assist Australia's 700,000 community groups.  They also regularly try to include resources in the newsletter designed to assist groups, whether it is the latest advice on dealing with the media, a helpsheet on how to value the unpaid work of volunteers for grant applications or advice on risk management, for example.

Community Benefit Funds free e-newsletter
Community Benefit Funds Unit (CBFU) e-news is a free email newsletter providing grant writing tips, funding policy updates and information about the latest grant recipients. The unit funds both the Jupiters Casino and Gambling Community Benefit Funds.
E-news is delivered four times a year.
